Be registered in Hong Kong with a valid Business Registration Certificate, or have at least three years of relevant industry experience.
Possess at least one original IP character, comic, or related creative work.
Deadline & Application Method : Applications must be submitted by Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at 6:00 PM via the online application system on the official support program website: www.hkcomiccon-artistalley.com.
Applicants must upload the following:
A valid Hong Kong Business Registration Certificate or an artist’s personal profile.
Proof of original IP character, comic, or related creative work.
Three images that fully represent the original IP character, comic, or related creative work.
Any other relevant materials (e.g., company logo, past original works, promotional posters).
Selection Procedure
After submission, the organizer will conduct a preliminary review to confirm eligibility and completeness of documents.
Eligible applications will be forwarded to the judging committee, composed of representatives from the comic industry. The committee will evaluate based on submitted documents only (no interviews required).
All applicants, whether selected or not, will be notified of the results via email.
